    • I’ve actually been doing some daily sit-ups and pushups after having that nice 3am existential crisis but there’s a uncomfortable popping feeling in my lower back when I come down from a sit up. Usually I can fix it by doing them laying on a body pillow but I’m curious if you can give any advice
