I always washed the rice because of the way it’s processed it needs to be rinsed well. Nishiki rice is the only one I know that you no wash. Sticky rice is the best

    • Best rice is steamed rice. You gotta rinse the rice at least 3 times and let it soak a few hours (best if soaked overnight). Drain. Boil some water in a pot. Place rice in a bamboo steamer basket and place atop the boiling pot. Cover with a lid. Boil some water on the side.
