TEMPORARY SPARE
TRUCK TIRES
This Limited Warranty (WARRANTY) is a promise of replace- apples rent under certain specified conditions. This policy applies to sriginal equipment tires used in normal highway service dis- playing warrantable conditions and does not require the ex- etence of a manufacturing defect to qualify for an adjust- ment. This is not a warranty that your tire will not wear out, fail or become unserviceable if neglected or mistreated.
1. WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY.
I this warranty applies to every YOKOHAMA passenger cay, light ruck and temporary spare tie bearing the YOKOHAMA brand name and complete
DOT eral identification number. Eligible tires must be used on the vehicle

2, WHAT IS WARRANTED Tires that have become unserviceable for reasons other than the following willbe replaced in accordance with this, warranty
Road hazard injunies or damages, caused to the tire by obstacies and dobris on the highway such as cuts, punctures (whether repairable or not), snags, bruises, tears or impact breaks.
Improper repairs or repairs that have failed.
Under or overinflation, or other abuses.
Incorrect mounting of the tire, or Imbalance.
Mechanical iregulanties in the vehicle such as wheel misalignment, wom or faully pars
'Accident, corrosion, vandalism, fire or damage caused by nature.
Tires used on vehicles in racing or special applications.
Non-speed-raled temporary spare tires used over SOMPH (80Knvh)
Tires wom out or less of tread remaining}
Tres that have been retreaded.
Tires transferred from the vehicle on which they were originally equipped.

Temporary Spare tires worn in excess of inch or 0.8mm but less than 2432 inch or 1.6mm, will be replaced and the customer charged othe current retail sing price ofthe tire. The costs of mounting, balanc- ing and any other service charges are payable by the customer.
3, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS JAlimplied warranties, including any warranty of mechantabilly or fines fora particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration ofthis wniten warranty
{Al obligations or liabilities for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehi- cle use or any other incidental or consequential damages are hereby ex cluded. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied war- ranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential dam-

4, YOKOHAMA'S OBLIGATIONS
Replacements qualifying under the warranty will be made by an authorized

5, CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
'The customer must present the claim tire, together with the vehicle on which it was used, to an authorized YOKOHAMA retail tire dealer. Tires
Teplaced on a warranty basis become the property of YOKOHAMA TIRE CORPORATION.
The customer is required to pay the adjusted price of the new tire
(Gealer's current retail selling price at the time of adjustment less credit al:
