6 chicken breasts split, of boned & skinned
salt & pepper
2 .cans cream of chicken soup can golden mushroom soup
% fresh mushrooms
toasted almonds (optional) over top.
Spread sliced onions on bottom of 13" baking dish. Roll up chicken breasts and place on top of onions; salt and pepper.
Mix soups, sherry and mush- rooms sauteed in butter. Pour over top of chicken. Bake 2 hours at 350"; cover last half hour. Optional - sprinkle paprika and toasted almonds over top.

CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM

4 tbsp. flour Mix flour with sour cream.
% pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup white wine or sherry pepper
Combine with all other ingredients except chicken.
