THE STEPS TO LUCID DREAMING

A guide to help you achieve lucidity in your dreams,
that is, to become aware that one is dreaming.
KEEP A DREAM JOURNAL
Write down anything you remember immediately after you wake up.
Take note of thing that occur often. These will be your DREAM SIGNS.
SOME SAM PLE RCS
text and watch faces change at random
your reflection in a mirror might look disfigured/bizzare
you sometimes stay afloat when you jump
you can often move through walls
light switches often don't work
you will often have more or less than 10 fingers
START DOING REALITY CHECKS
Perform RC5 all the time
little tests that clearly indicate something only
possible in a dreamt Hopefully you will start doing them subconsiously
and realize you are dreaming.
MILD (Mnemonically Induced Lucid Dream)
A method using recent dream memories, and
focusing your thougts on lucid dreaming: “Tonight, I will
realize I am dreaming".
WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream)
A method that, if executed correctly, allows your mind
to stay awake while your physical body enters a sleeping
state. Requires lots of patience and experience with LDs.
WBTB (Wa ke, Back-to-bed) º
Wake yourself about 2/3 of the way through the
night. Occupy yourself with things related to LDs, then
out the MILD method.
