MILD (Mnemonically Induced Lucid Dream) A method using recent dream memories, and focusing your thougts on Iucid dreaming: “Tonight, I will realize I am dreaming". WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream) A method that, if executed correctly, allows your mind to stay awake while your physical body enters a sleeping state.
