Results from the seven day workout binge, I workout for seven days in a row without a rest day every three to four months as a challenge. I successfully did it a few months ago and attempted it this week, however I failed today, the seventh day. I physically don't think I can go to the gym for a solid hour today and finish off strong. Is this nutritionally good or beneficial? Not in the slightest but I still think its fun, kinda.
