    • I found having complete Control over my workouts gives me more reason to do it. Like, if I'm not feelin running for 10 minutes I'll just walk. If I feel like taking a break for a couple minutes, or not doing a specific work-out, I will. Makes me want to do it.

    • Lol aw well...even if you are someone who's active more often than not, some people's bodies still have very sensitive muscles and sometimes even chronic muscle pain in certain areas, that can be trigged by exercise every time. Even in normal every day activities, too. But yes, this is a cause too.
