    • I don't have anxiety or adhd and what not but I do almost exactly this same thing, i normally get up around 7:30 to 8:00 and anytime I get up any later I just get this really bad feeling that I've wasted the entire day sleeping, even if I wake up at 9:00 which is still fairly early in the day.
