>A rather strange sight to behold at Primavera 2018, just as Car
Seat Headrest, Matador's indie darlings, were set to perform, a mad
dash to find the idiosyncratic front man Will Toledo occurred. We
followed a few festival coordinators to the refreshment tent, where
we saw, to our confusion, Will Toledo laying on a towel, legs up,
stricken with grief, pulling a full-on, arm splaying tantrum.
>"I made a big stinky, and I need someone to change it,' he
shrill, high pitch voice. Just then, Andrew Katz, the
band's Jewish drummer, appeared with a fresh diaper. He deftly
changed the indie god, shushing and calming him as he wiped fecal
matter from Toledo's testicles. "There's a big boy,' he proclaimed,
as he opened a pack of gummy fruit snacks for the anxious Toledo.
They played a wonderful set after.
