    • Biologically, Ariel being black doesnt actually make sense. Spending that much time under water wouldnt allow you to receive a lot of sun light, therefore, your melanin levels would have to be lower to allow it in. Low melanin means, lighter skin, lighter hair, blue or green eyes.
