    • Another fun fact about ADHD is that me and my friend (who also has ADHD) found out that if you are interested in a topic ur brain jus goes into hyper focus mode, and also, I can confirm this post

    • ADHD at its heart is a disorder of self regulation. This comes in the following 5 ways: Inhibition, mental self talk, emotional management, lack of motivation, Thinking ahead and what might happen. If you have ADHD NONE of these should ever be a question of “yah I don’t see myself having this”.

It’s more like you have two or three crazy ideas and then you have a completely different thought or notice something totally unrelated and are left with only the 1/2

Every time I read a book I think about something totally different while reading it, and after a whole chapter I forget everything I read. And I think is very different focusing in one thing. It’s really hard

Someone will say "you're doing this at this time" and I'll be excited and say "ok great" then 10-20 minutes later I forget the entire conversation happened. It kinda sucks. Also in school I have to work in complete silence or else I can't focus.
