    • Because the quality and process are vastly inferior. I'm the chef for a fine dining place in fl and the food we put out takes days to make sure is right. Our steal is 30 dry aged. Chicken is 7 days dry aged. You pay for the process and the quality. Otherwise everything will be frozen shit.
