    • The only time I’m active is at night, I do at least 60 push-ups and 60 sit-ups a night and slowly raise it by 10 whenever I feel comfortable. I’m not doing it to lose weight I’m doing it because I have occasional back pain. So far it’s helped, haven’t had any problems in a while
