• Why the New iFunny is GOOD
I've been seeing a lot of posts saying that the
new iFunny sucks, but to be honest, that's just
not true. Below are some of the things that
people hate, and Ill tell you why it's really not all
that bad.
1. Subscriptions
Users are angry because the popular users have tons
of followers, and no one else has much. I've been
posting things I like/think are funny, and I'm doing quite
well with subscribers. If you just post funny things have a good profile, you'll get subscribers over time,
just have patience. The whole purpose of subscriptions
is so you can follow people you like and then see what
they post, which in my opinion is SO much better than
collective. It provides a sort of filter of content as you
see what you want from who you want, and that's
perfect. By the way, if you're on iFunny just to gain
followers, you're using the app wrong.
2. Likes
Users are angry because in collective, it's a lot
harder to gain likes. That just really doesn't matter,
because although they're satisfying, it's not the main
purpose of the app! The app is called iFunny, not
iLikes. You're supposed to come on and see funny
posts and just enjoy yourselves, not worry about who
has the most likes. If you're using iFunny to see how

    • @_sweetheartmaggot_, Hmm... Maybe just follow people who aren't too popular, and they'll notice you then follow you? I don't know, that's what I did at least.

    • I can honestly say that you are right! But when I post stuff (funny stuff) that doesn't get hardly any likes my first instinct is to be like WTF they are all too busy with looking at their subscribers or the features. And the subscribers are the people who get featured. So yeah this update sucks.
