    • Yes its worth it. Creatine alongside protein powder are about the only two workout supplements consistently proven to work by peer reviewed studies etc. as to whether you should take it pre or post workout, I don't think it particularly matters

    • yes, make sure you drink a ton of water, though. If you have any kidney problems DO NOT TAKE IT. Also it increases testosterone a bit so if you’re at risk for male paternal baldness it’ll accelerate the process and fuck your hairline.

    • I get the GNC fruit punch flavor and drink it while I lift. Then I drink the syntha-6 cold stone creamery birthday cake protein shake post workout. I don’t eat before the workout because I do it in the morning. If you wanna get really swole do the murph challenge. Lots of pushups. No pecs no sex.

    • Yes, but be aware your body can only absorb about 3-4 mg a day after that you just urinate it out. Don’t go taking huge amounts of it, it’s a waste and will damage your kidneys

    • You should take half your serving 30 before your workout, and the rest after with your protein shake, in my experience. From my understanding, it has the most beneficial effect at those times, due to the muscles growing and then rebuilding. Former top 15 state ranked power lifter here. Worked for me

    • Creatine is very very very much worth it in terms of recovery. The way it works is basically you need a good bit of it in you for it to activate, so for the first 2 weeks or so take a double dose of it before dropping back down to regular dosage. Drink lots and lots of water. Get flavorless powder.
