    • I’m 6’5” at 270ish now and just recently got to the point where I can run 2 miles without stopping in under 20 minutes and can do 5 pull-ups and maxed out at 280 on the bench. Huge improvement from being 295 and unhealthy as shit in the beginning of 2019. Just dedicate the time and you can do it
