Fairly straightforward to cook and doesnt take too long either.
2-3 lbs of ground beef
A can of Mexican corn (regular corn is also fine)
2 cans of bush white kidney beans
2 cans of Bush pinto beans
2 Large cans of bush kidney beans
1 canof rotel diced tomatos and green
chilies (other brands work fine)
1 Vadalia or Sweet onion
Also, Season the beef with Garlic and
Onion Salt (powder of each with regular salt works fina too) Opitonal:
Can also be enjoyed with Thin cantina chips, sour cream, and mexican cheese after cooking. You can also add more broth to make it "soupier" if you perfer but i dont recommend it. I personally use a slotted spoon or fork to try and get rid of alot of the "soup" from it. You can also put this inside a burrito or taco but think its best in a bowl with cantina chips.
How to cook it:
I recommend trying to cook everyrhing in one pot. Season and cook the meat then dice and add the onion. Chilies next, then corn and beans last after draining. One the meat turns a nice brown add the other ingredients fold it for a bit, then let it sit on your ovens
"low" for awhile recommend cooking it on a stove eye) Afterwards enjoy!
